Journey from Srinagar to the rest of India...

I wanted to write, a book on my parents journey from Srinagar to the rest of India, God willing I will, soon, in the meanwhile I felt the strong desire to share the beautiful memories I have treasured as a child of the place, very rightly called "Paradise on Earth."

My parents left Kashmir first for their higher education and then for their professional calling. However, the ties with the 'hometown' remained strong. Obviously, where else would you find your heart's desire, your Maej Kasheer, a true mother, in every way.

HAPPY TIMES WILL BE BACK ONCE AGAIN!
